2025 Toyota Camry
Toyota launches the 2025 XV80 Camry full hybrid, equipped with a 2.5L four-cylinder engine and electric assist system, which can produce 225 horsepower. FWD and AWD will be available again. 2018-2024 Toyota Camry
Since 2018, the eighth-generation Camry has been built on the TNGA architecture and has won the favor of young consumers with its subversive design. Its youthful appearance and outstanding performance have made sales climb to new heights again. 2012–2017 Toyota Camry
While the Camry received significant improvements for the 2012 model year, competition in the midsize sedan segment didn't make it easy. Competitors such as the Ford Fusion, Hyundai Sonata, Honda Accord, Kia Optima and Chevrolet Malibu all took big steps forward in interior amenities, overall refinement and performance. Toyota introduced a more fuel-efficient Camry, offering the expected four-cylinder and V-6 engine choices, as well as a hybrid drivetrain. For the first time, a manual transmission is no longer offered. Rear Cross Traffic Alert became optional for 2013. A design refresh for 2015 brought more aggressive styling, while updates such as wireless smartphone charging helped the Camry remain competitive in a crowded class.

2007–2011 Toyota Camry
The Toyota Camry was redesigned for the 2007 model year to keep pace with rivals like the Honda Accord and Ford Fusion. The styling was trimmer than before, though still conservative. The base engine was a 158-hp, 2.4-liter four-cylinder, while a larger, more powerful 268-hp, 3.5-liter V-6 was optional. Side-impact and side curtain airbags were standard, while an electronic stability system was initially optional, then became standard for the 2010 model year. A hybrid model joined the Camry lineup for the first time as a 2007 model.

2002–2006 Toyota Camry
The 2002 Camry rides on an all-new platform and features a sleeker design that bears some resemblance to sedans from Toyota's luxury division, Lexus. Larger headlights and taillights replace the previous generation's narrower headlights and taillights. A larger 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine is standard, while a 3.0-liter V-6 joins the SE trim for 2004 as a slightly larger, more powerful V-6.

1992–2001 Toyota Camry
The 2001 Camry solidified Toyota's reputation for reliability and firmly established itself at the heart of the family sedan category. Gone was the previous generation's softer styling, and unfortunately, so were the wagon and coupe body styles. A fuel-efficient 2.2-liter four-cylinder engine and a more gas-guzzling 3.0-liter V-6 were introduced.
