Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a transparent and smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Return Timeframes & Tiered Fee Structure
To protect our store’s operations while providing reasonable flexibility, we implement a strict tiered return policy based on the number of days since your order was delivered:
- Within 30 Days of Delivery: Returns and exchanges are accepted under standard conditions (refer to Section 2 for freight responsibility). No restocking fee applies (0% Restocking Fee).
- 31 to 45 Days of Delivery: Return requests are accepted, but the buyer must bear all return shipping and freight costs, regardless of the return reason (including any quality or parts issues).
- 46 to 60 Days of Delivery: Return requests are accepted, but the buyer must bear all return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee (calculated from the product's purchase price) will be deducted from your final refund to cover processing and warehouse re-shelving costs.
- Over 60 Days of Delivery: We strictly do not accept any return, exchange, or refund requests. All sales become final after 60 days.
2. Return Freight Responsibility
The allocation of return shipping fees depends on the specific reason for the return:
A. The Seller Will Bear the Freight in the following cases:
- Damage or Missing Parts: If you identify physical damage or missing components after receiving the goods.
- Quality Problems Requiring Supplementary Parts: If there is a functional quality defect identified after receiving the goods, and you require supplementary parts instead of a full return.
Note: Clear photos and videos must be provided to our customer service so we can process your supplementary parts or exchanges effectively.
B. The Buyer Will Bear the Freight in the following cases:
- No Quality Issues: If you wish to return the product after receiving it, but there is no quality problem and the item remains completely unused.
- Subjective Remorse (Disliked): If you voluntarily purchased the item but realized you dislike it, provided the product has not been used.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions:
- Improper Damage: Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, neglect, man-made collisions, or any other buyer-inflicted reasons.
- Post-Use Dissatisfaction: If you decide you dislike or do not want the item after it has been used.
4. Crucial Guidelines for Returns
To ensure your return is approved and processed, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:
- Note 1 (Proof Required): Whether your product is missing parts, damaged, or some functions cannot be used normally, please be sure to provide clear photos and videos. This allows our team to intuitively understand the issues and provide the exact help you need.
- Note 2 (Original Condition): When returning goods, please make sure that the products are in pristine, original condition (except for pre-reported damaged goods). The original packaging, boxes, manuals, and accessory quantities must be exactly the same as when you received them.
- Note 3 (Prior Contact and Authorization Mandatory): Before returning any goods, you must contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address. If you return the goods directly without our official confirmation and authorization, we will not be able to track your package, and our store will not issue a refund. Three quad projector lights look great on the car, I did get an error code after installing the headlights, I messaged tt-abc about the issue, they sent me a part that once installed corrected the issue.
Super fast shipping and very responsive. The lights are nice. However there are a few things that could be approved upon.
1) the rgb sync wire is too short. I had to make a jumper wire to connect them.
2) the actual headlamp rgb's are weak in color. Just know that although they are rgb, the colors are very muted.
3) the light pattern isn't as nice and focused as the 3 beam offering and sadly, the passenger light cannot be adjusted as higher as the driver's side light.
One of my projecters were not working. I reached out to the company directly through the email provided. No response. Ive texted and also sent Dms on instagram. NOTHING. Definitely do not recommend buying from them. Customer service is non existent.
I guess Tt-ABC heard the feedback bc I have like 3ft of extra sync line. No issues there. Clean and straight forward instructions. Even easier to connect. I have an XSE. Lower trims require more work. Sorry guys. My only gripe is the DRLs aren’t bright enough or illuminate all 4. They reflect into the other 2 lenses but don’t actually illuminate. Just wish DRL was brighter but I think this is the cars restriction due to amps sent to headlights and not a manufacturer issue. If that got resolved I’d give an 10/10 bc of that though I give it a 9/10. I’ll advocate for you guys anyday!!
They look good but they kill the battery on my car
Product was really amazing transformed the look of my car , super easy install . The only bad thing I have to say is that one of my lights came with a pretty good size scratch, but other then that a really amazing product.

made it look like a brand new car. they look just like the picture and i love the start up animation. although i do wish they had an installation video. or more description on the picture.
Great quality.
Very good
Absolutely love the headlights! Worth the upgrade!
Firstly, headlights look amazing. However I wish there was an assembly paper that showed what you needed. 10mm socket with wrench, pliers, flat head screw driver, that’s what I used.Secondly, I have a 2019 Toyota Camry SE and they have a day light running wire that you have to hook up to one of your 10A DRL fuse boxes. That’s what I did. And it was fairly easy, but for most people they are clueless and a video that slowly walks them through it would help.Overall. I would recommend. And moving forward I hope they at least add a step by step video on how to safely remove the bumper and hopefully reduce the cost for future customers. I don’t know what goes into making a headlight and what their profit margins are but imagine having a reasonably priced headlight ($449.99) with a video that shows common tools that people could use and helps reassure the customer.
Solid product, the wire to connect both headlights to sync the RGB’s is too short to connect. You might need to buy an extension or slowly pull on the existing wires and HOPE they dont snap. Other than that they fit close to perfect, animations are solid and give a more better and slightly agressive look.
Your green wire to connect to the driver side headlights is too short and won't reach.
Makes them look ! Love it
Headlights is very nice and it was well packed. Now I have to find a shop or someone to put it on for me, can't wait to see how it looks. Will take a pic after.
Install was easy but beware, the rgb sync line was not long enough so I had to make a 18 gauge bullet connector extension in order to make it reach
