Return Policies
Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a transparent and smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order on our store, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Return Timeframes & Tiered Fee Structure
To protect our store’s operations while providing reasonable flexibility, we implement a strict tiered return policy based on the number of days since your order was delivered:
- Within 30 Days of Delivery: Returns and exchanges are accepted under standard conditions (refer to Section 2 for freight responsibility). No restocking fee applies (0% Restocking Fee).
- 31 to 45 Days of Delivery: Return requests are accepted, but the buyer must bear all return shipping and freight costs, regardless of the return reason (including any quality or parts issues).
- 46 to 60 Days of Delivery: Return requests are accepted, but the buyer must bear all return shipping costs. Additionally, a 10% restocking fee (calculated from the product's purchase price) will be deducted from your final refund to cover processing and warehouse re-shelving costs.
- Over 60 Days of Delivery: We strictly do not accept any return, exchange, or refund requests. All sales become final after 60 days.
2. Return Freight Responsibility
The allocation of return shipping fees depends on the specific reason for the return:
A. The Seller Will Bear the Freight in the following cases:
- Damage or Missing Parts: If you identify physical damage or missing components after receiving the goods.
- Quality Problems Requiring Supplementary Parts: If there is a functional quality defect identified after receiving the goods, and you require supplementary parts instead of a full return.
Note: Clear photos and videos must be provided to our customer service so we can process your supplementary parts or exchanges effectively.
B. The Buyer Will Bear the Freight in the following cases:
- No Quality Issues: If you wish to return the product after receiving it, but there is no quality problem and the item remains completely unused.
- Subjective Remorse (Disliked): If you voluntarily purchased the item but realized you dislike it, provided the product has not been used.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under the following conditions:
- Improper Damage: Damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, misuse, neglect, man-made collisions, or any other buyer-inflicted reasons.
- Post-Use Dissatisfaction: If you decide you dislike or do not want the item after it has been used.
4. Crucial Guidelines for Returns
To ensure your return is approved and processed, you must strictly adhere to the following rules:
- Note 1 (Proof Required): Whether your product is missing parts, damaged, or some functions cannot be used normally, please be sure to provide clear photos and videos. This allows our team to intuitively understand the issues and provide the exact help you need.
- Note 2 (Original Condition): When returning goods, please make sure that the products are in pristine, original condition (except for pre-reported damaged goods). The original packaging, boxes, manuals, and accessory quantities must be exactly the same as when you received them.
- Note 3 (Prior Contact and Authorization Mandatory): Before returning any goods, you must contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address. If you return the goods directly without our official confirmation and authorization, we will not be able to track your package, and our store will not issue a refund. Please pay close attention to this requirement.

Excellent Part and perfect fit
pros: the fake OLEDs look amazing, sometimes i drive around with parking lamps on during day just to show them off. the sequential turn signal is also a nice touch. the fitment overall was good as well for the price minus some adjustments as mentioned in Tommy L Garage's install video. cons: start up sequence is annoying and should be minimized to one sweep. the brake lights would look a lot better if they were LED. turn signal could be brighter in direct sunlight
Installed these on my M3 (F80), I couldn't be happier! Install personally took around an hour, but I had installed LCI lights on an M4 (F82) before so I knew what I was getting into. These lights honestly shocked me, they are a FANTASTIC deal for the money. Fit and finish were spot on, I was expecting far worse. The lights themselves are also gorgeous, with the fire up sequence really something neat to see. You simply cannot go wrong with these lights, especially if you have a pre-lci car (2015 or earlier). Just get them, you won't be disappointed! :D
easy to put on just make sure to use your oem bracket. the one they provide dosent work: awesome lights especially on a black car. great customer care
Perfect fit. Installed with no problems. All lights work. Make sure you code in LED bulbs using Bimmercode software.
easy install, good fitment, and looks great just got to see how long they last
The media could not be loaded. Was a little hard to install but that’s because of my car but overall 4.5 stars worth the money and looks easily
Great product. Way cheaper Than other sites that are likely reselling these at marked up prices. They look absolutely amazing after installing. Only trouble I had was installing the lights mounted to the trunk they kept wanting to pop out as obviously aftermarket fitment isn't perfect. But after watching some videos online I was able to get them in place! I used bimmercode to have them turned on with my DRL so I can show them off day and night! Highly recommend these.
Getting the fitment right wasn’t the easiest for the trunk lights, but they look a lot better in person compared to the Amazon listing. Wish you could get them without the pre-lci wiring.
I have a 2014 BMW 320i xDrive that had the pre-LCI tail lights installed. While those didn't look terrible, I wanted something that gave it a little more ... punch in the sight lines. They installed super easy, had all the wiring pre-done for the version I got so I didn't have to do anything else with that like if it was V.1.
The media could not be loaded. Perfect fit, Easy install, Amazing quality Great product made with great quality materials. Product came in a timely manner and was very well packaged. The lights are very easy install as seen in the video with no modifications to be made. Overall the look of these lights are amazing and really bring a new look to the f30
The media could not be loaded. The quality looks great. Very bright and mean looking. However, the overall fitment wasn’t so great. There are large gaps where it should sit flush. Not much noticeable with a black car but up close, it is much more noticeable. The inner lights were the most difficult to install. Other ones took me couple minutes maybe. The right inner light would keep lifting one side, so I just reused one of the OEM bracket to make it fit better and not lift up.. Haven’t seen it yet in the daylight, but looks nice and working great so far :)
Bought these taillights for a 2017 BMW 340 and they are a perfect upgrade to make your car stand out. The fitment is a 9-9.5/10 which is expected from after market parts there are just larger gaps here and there, although nothing that should affect your car or performance of the tail lights. These appear to be the same exact taillights that other BMW enthusiast sites are selling for much higher and are simply just repackaging.
Everything come as described, fairly easy to install.....love the look it gave the car
love these lights! easy install and perfect fitment!
These are super nice in black on white or gun metal models ...any other color get stock red Cz u won’t be able to pull off black. There’s a lot of videos on YouTube where they have to connect wires w posi taps but these on amazon are truly plug and play. No wiring ..u only have to connect a cord from the outer to the inner but it’s basically already done for u! U just connect the cords that are the same color together!! That’s it! Be mindful if one side doesn’t sync because with the pair I received, the connector for 2016 and up models was mislabeled.so if any of your outer lights aren’t syncing just try swapping out the connectors:)Also these came in 5 days super quick even though shipping times said a month out .
A little tricky to install for a person that isn’t as handy overall they work amazing
Received these as a gift from my friends. They were easy to install, well built, but most importantly, they look incredible! They’re brighter, more modern, and also sealed off better from water. Also has a better wiring harnesses for the inner signal than the depos. (No wire tap necessary) and that sequential signal never gets old it looks amazing. It did come with a faulty reverse bulb so I used the one from my old tail lights. Too happy to make it a point of complaint.
Amazing lights!! I just bought and installed these for my 2014 328xi. It was super simple plug and play. So easy even my fiancé helped make the wires neat and she could’ve done it all. Trust me you won’t have any trouble. I was hesitant at first but contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful. It’s super simple lug and play. Buy the lights now to give your car a new fresh look. In my opinion it also kinda looks like the newer model 3series dark style tail lights. Go for it!
Easy to install plug n play
Good
These lights were fairly easily to install the only issue was the wiring to the inner tail light was a little to small for me to do a clean wiring job but so far love it! Definitely will turn heads with this!
Look amazing! Easy install!
It adds such a cut to the car. One came with a bad seal and they are sending a replacement to fix the problem. Over all great product and outstanding customer service.
Looks absolutely fantastic! Also, fairly easy install and when I had a minor issue with one light, seller was awesome to work with and provided solution extremely fast. Highly recommend to upgrade appearance of any BMW 328i F30!
I like how shipping was fast and good quality.
