1. Plazos de devolución y estructura de tarifas escalonadas
Para proteger las operaciones de nuestra tienda y al mismo tiempo brindar una flexibilidad razonable, implementamos una estricta política de devolución escalonada basada en la cantidad de días desde que se entregó su pedido:
- Dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la entrega: Se aceptan devoluciones y cambios bajo condiciones estándar (consulte la Sección 2 para conocer la responsabilidad del flete). No se aplica ninguna tarifa de reposición (0% de tarifa de reposición).
- 31 a 45 días de entrega: Se aceptan solicitudes de devolución, pero el comprador debe hacerse cargo de todos los costos de envío y flete de devolución, independientemente del motivo de la devolución (incluido cualquier problema de calidad o piezas).
- 46 a 60 días de entrega: Se aceptan solicitudes de devolución, pero el comprador deberá correr con todos los gastos de envío de devolución. Además, un 10% de tarifa de reposición (calculado a partir del precio de compra del producto) se deducirá de su reembolso final para cubrir los costos de procesamiento y repisa del almacén.

2. Responsabilidad del flete de devolución
La asignación de los gastos de envío de devolución depende del motivo específico de la devolución:
A. El Vendedor correrá con el flete en los siguientes casos:
- Daños o piezas faltantes: Si identifica daños físicos o componentes faltantes después de recibir la mercancía.
- Problemas de calidad que requieren piezas suplementarias: Si se identifica un defecto de calidad funcional después de recibir la mercancía y necesita piezas suplementarias en lugar de una devolución completa.
Nota: Se deben proporcionar fotografías y videos claros a nuestro servicio de atención al cliente para que podamos procesar sus piezas complementarias o cambios de manera efectiva.
B. El Comprador correrá con el flete en los siguientes casos:
- Sin problemas de calidad: Si deseas devolver el producto después de recibirlo, pero no hay problema de calidad y el artículo queda completamente sin usar.
- Arrepentimiento subjetivo (no me gusta): Si compraste voluntariamente el artículo pero te diste cuenta de que no te gusta, siempre que el producto no haya sido usado.
3. Condiciones no retornables
Estrictamente no aceptamos devoluciones, cambios o reembolsos bajo las siguientes condiciones:
- Daño inadecuado: Daños causados por mantenimiento no autorizado, mal uso, negligencia, colisiones provocadas por el hombre o cualquier otro motivo infligido por el comprador.

- Nota 1 (prueba requerida): Si a su producto le faltan piezas, está dañado o algunas funciones no se pueden utilizar normalmente, asegúrese de proporcionar fotografías y videos claros. Esto permite a nuestro equipo comprender intuitivamente los problemas y brindarle la ayuda exacta que necesita.
- Nota 2 (Condición original): Al devolver productos, asegúrese de que los productos estén en perfectas condiciones y originales (excepto los productos dañados previamente informados). El embalaje, las cajas, los manuales y las cantidades de accesorios originales deben ser exactamente los mismos que cuando los recibió.

Excellent Part and perfect fit
pros: the fake OLEDs look amazing, sometimes i drive around with parking lamps on during day just to show them off. the sequential turn signal is also a nice touch. the fitment overall was good as well for the price minus some adjustments as mentioned in Tommy L Garage's install video. cons: start up sequence is annoying and should be minimized to one sweep. the brake lights would look a lot better if they were LED. turn signal could be brighter in direct sunlight
Installed these on my M3 (F80), I couldn't be happier! Install personally took around an hour, but I had installed LCI lights on an M4 (F82) before so I knew what I was getting into. These lights honestly shocked me, they are a FANTASTIC deal for the money. Fit and finish were spot on, I was expecting far worse. The lights themselves are also gorgeous, with the fire up sequence really something neat to see. You simply cannot go wrong with these lights, especially if you have a pre-lci car (2015 or earlier). Just get them, you won't be disappointed! :D

El producto es EXCELENTE!! Viene en caja super bien cuidado y embalado. Para la instalación recomiendo mirar algunos videos en YouTube y luego proceder; no es muy complicado y me llevo aproximadamente 2 horas la instalación total. El resultado final es espectacular!! Yo compré los faros ahumados y le dan un aspecto único a mi BMW M3 F80 2017 color blanco. La otra gran ventaja es el precio ya que es muy bueno comparado con productos BMW OEM y les aseguro que al final el de Vland luce mucho mejor. No lo duden, es una excelente inversión!! Great product. Way cheaper Than other sites that are likely reselling these at marked up prices. They look absolutely amazing after installing. Only trouble I had was installing the lights mounted to the trunk they kept wanting to pop out as obviously aftermarket fitment isn't perfect. But after watching some videos online I was able to get them in place! I used bimmercode to have them turned on with my DRL so I can show them off day and night! Highly recommend these.
Getting the fitment right wasn’t the easiest for the trunk lights, but they look a lot better in person compared to the Amazon listing. Wish you could get them without the pre-lci wiring.
I have a 2014 BMW 320i xDrive that had the pre-LCI tail lights installed. While those didn't look terrible, I wanted something that gave it a little more ... punch in the sight lines. They installed super easy, had all the wiring pre-done for the version I got so I didn't have to do anything else with that like if it was V.1.

The media could not be loaded. The quality looks great. Very bright and mean looking. However, the overall fitment wasn’t so great. There are large gaps where it should sit flush. Not much noticeable with a black car but up close, it is much more noticeable. The inner lights were the most difficult to install. Other ones took me couple minutes maybe. The right inner light would keep lifting one side, so I just reused one of the OEM bracket to make it fit better and not lift up.. Haven’t seen it yet in the daylight, but looks nice and working great so far :)
Bought these taillights for a 2017 BMW 340 and they are a perfect upgrade to make your car stand out. The fitment is a 9-9.5/10 which is expected from after market parts there are just larger gaps here and there, although nothing that should affect your car or performance of the tail lights. These appear to be the same exact taillights that other BMW enthusiast sites are selling for much higher and are simply just repackaging.

These are super nice in black on white or gun metal models ...any other color get stock red Cz u won’t be able to pull off black. There’s a lot of videos on YouTube where they have to connect wires w posi taps but these on amazon are truly plug and play. No wiring ..u only have to connect a cord from the outer to the inner but it’s basically already done for u! U just connect the cords that are the same color together!! That’s it! Be mindful if one side doesn’t sync because with the pair I received, the connector for 2016 and up models was mislabeled.so if any of your outer lights aren’t syncing just try swapping out the connectors:)Also these came in 5 days super quick even though shipping times said a month out .
A little tricky to install for a person that isn’t as handy overall they work amazing
Received these as a gift from my friends. They were easy to install, well built, but most importantly, they look incredible! They’re brighter, more modern, and also sealed off better from water. Also has a better wiring harnesses for the inner signal than the depos. (No wire tap necessary) and that sequential signal never gets old it looks amazing. It did come with a faulty reverse bulb so I used the one from my old tail lights. Too happy to make it a point of complaint.
Amazing lights!! I just bought and installed these for my 2014 328xi. It was super simple plug and play. So easy even my fiancé helped make the wires neat and she could’ve done it all. Trust me you won’t have any trouble. I was hesitant at first but contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful. It’s super simple lug and play. Buy the lights now to give your car a new fresh look. In my opinion it also kinda looks like the newer model 3series dark style tail lights. Go for it!

These lights were fairly easily to install the only issue was the wiring to the inner tail light was a little to small for me to do a clean wiring job but so far love it! Definitely will turn heads with this!

It adds such a cut to the car. One came with a bad seal and they are sending a replacement to fix the problem. Over all great product and outstanding customer service.
