1. Plazos de devolución y estructura de tarifas escalonadas
Para proteger las operaciones de nuestra tienda y al mismo tiempo brindar una flexibilidad razonable, implementamos una estricta política de devolución escalonada basada en la cantidad de días desde que se entregó su pedido:

- 31 a 45 días de entrega: Se aceptan solicitudes de devolución, pero el comprador debe hacerse cargo de todos los costos de envío y flete de devolución, independientemente del motivo de la devolución (incluido cualquier problema de calidad o piezas).
- 46 a 60 días de entrega: Se aceptan solicitudes de devolución, pero el comprador deberá correr con todos los gastos de envío de devolución. 2. Responsabilidad del flete de devolución

- Problemas de calidad que requieren piezas suplementarias: Si se identifica un defecto de calidad funcional después de recibir la mercancía y necesita piezas suplementarias en lugar de una devolución completa.
Nota: Se deben proporcionar fotografías y videos claros a nuestro servicio de atención al cliente para que podamos procesar sus piezas complementarias o cambios de manera efectiva.
B. El Comprador correrá con el flete en los siguientes casos:
- Sin problemas de calidad: Si deseas devolver el producto después de recibirlo, pero no hay problema de calidad y el artículo queda completamente sin usar.
- Arrepentimiento subjetivo (no me gusta): Si compraste voluntariamente el artículo pero te diste cuenta de que no te gusta, siempre que el producto no haya sido usado.
3. Condiciones no retornables
Estrictamente no aceptamos devoluciones, cambios o reembolsos bajo las siguientes condiciones:
- Daño inadecuado: Daños causados por mantenimiento no autorizado, mal uso, negligencia, colisiones provocadas por el hombre o cualquier otro motivo infligido por el comprador.

- Nota 2 (Condición original): Al devolver productos, asegúrese de que los productos estén en perfectas condiciones y originales (excepto los productos dañados previamente informados). El embalaje, las cajas, los manuales y las cantidades de accesorios originales deben ser exactamente los mismos que cuando los recibió.

Fit is very good, not perfect. Make sure to keep your hardware from your old headlights (screws, adjuster tabs, bolts, etc.). I pitched a couple of the headlight adjuster tabs before discovered these do not come with them (or any other hardware except elec. connectors).
Work on my bmw E90 2008, you have to remove the bumper. Not a so hard job, took me a couple of hours. The result is Insane. I Buy black sticker to put one the White strike. But wow !!
Easy to install, looks great. Only con is that the actual lamp doesn’t allow much light to come through from the bulb so it’s kind of hard to see without driving with the high beam (which is basically just both lights on it’s not super blinding so you can do it). Overall great price and value. Haven’t had any issues in the past 4 or so months with leaking or condensation.

Very happy with how it looks on the car.
Changed the whole look of my car , I can’t stop staring at them! They look awesome! I heard complaints about water leaking in so I simply just got some waterproof tape and just taped over the seams JUST INCASE. Looks amazing though!
They look great, highly recommend it if your trying to make your car look new. i installed them on my 2009 BMW 328i, it was an exact fit. watched a video of a guy replacing his headlights with a red BMW, very helpful.

They look great and work fine. No fogging issues and they are much brighter than the stock halogens. While they might not be OEM quality, they are an excellent deal for the price.
These headlights are beautiful! It's a perfect fit and there's no cutting. Fits and plugs up just like the oem. The Packaging was amazing. If Ronaldo worked for Amazon and kicked the package to my door. I wouldn't even be upset because it was that secure! Customer support was very helpful and quick as well. They helped me with ACC wire and questions about my vehicle. I definitely recommend these!
Customer service was awesome when I ordered the wrong set for my 335d. Easy to install looks amazing and a nice cutoff. Transformed my cars look and tested the seal at the high pressure car wash and didn’t leak a drop. Highly recommend.
Bought these headlights for a 2011 BMW 3 series. The entire front end looks so much better. The lights are even better than we imagined. My teenage son installed them himself with no issues. Seller was great! He gave advice on how to install successfully and checked in to make sure everything was working. We had to buy an adapter but that was easy also.
Curious about this headlights, the review Pictures Show totally different headlights.. also there is No information about LHD or RHD. Anyone WHO recently bought them ?
Good quality, and look amazing on my white BMW. Only problem I had was fogging during rain: I put some waterproof tape over the top seal and it never came back. I have xenon headlights for pre-LCI E90, and they work fine besides some flickering when the car starts.
Need instructions manual..I can't adjust the beam height..also do you sell LED bulbs for this unit

I loved these! I have had them installed for a little over a month with 0 issues! COMPLETELY changes the cars look, and for the better! No problems with humidity gathering inside or electrical issues at all. Installation was challenging as it required taking off the whole front bumper (bmws like to test their owners), so if you plan on doing it yourself make sure to set aside an entire afternoon. Installed on 2011 BMW 328i
The ad says they don’t fit an E90 lci, but they do. They look and work great, and are much better than the stock ones. You have to remove the bumper to install them, but they were easy to install otherwise. Im very happy with them.

2008 bmw 328i e90. The headlights are a big upgrade from stock. Looks very good and easy to install. Pros: - easy installation. Plug and play. - very bright led lights: turn signals, halos - makes the car look more modern and gives it a great look - fitment is almost spot on. Cons: - low and high beams are halogen bulbs that arent very bright - its sealed but it looks a little sloppy Tips: - reuse the body nuts and clips off of the old headlights - i bought h7 and h1 led lights but they didnt fit. Most led lights are oversized because it has a fan on the back of it which made it too big for the light to not fit properly. I suggest trying a fanless or true to size h7/h1 led light - there are many wires on the back of the headlights, you only need to connect just one. - because the seal looked sloppy, i reinforced it with silicone sealant to prevent any leaks or moosture build up.
The LED's do flicker a tiny bit. ZERO instructions included. There's an open connector that I'm unsure what to do with, and it's not weather sealed. Looks good. Wish they didn't seal the wrap in the lens. When you pull it off, some of it remains. I'm sure that's where the water incursion comes from that others have complained about.
The media could not be loaded. Lights look great and work as designed! I have a 2006 E90 325i and it fit well. Be VERY carful when taking old headlight off, make sure all clips and bushings are saved off the old lights, new lights do not include these. There are two white plastic mount bushings on top of old light that may break so you may want to buy new ones or be prepared to improvise! It was plug and play but there were a couple of extra wire harness parts that were not used and LED resister that needs to be mounted. All in all, went well but you need a little mechanical ability. If you’ve never taken off body parts on your car, better use a mechanic.
these headlights are great. definitely updates the look of my 2011 bmw 328i. the only issue that I am having is adjusting them. I figured out how to adjust the vertical level but it seems like the outboard light needs to be adjusted horizontally. if anyone knows how to do this please reach out. there is a bolt on the top outboard corners that is labeled L / R. I have turned the bolt each way and doesn't seem to adjust the light. made sure my led bulbs were horizontal as well. so right now one light is shining at the 2 o'clock & 8 o'clock position while my Right headlight is perfectly leveled at the 3 o'clock and 9oclock position.

This product is a must have for e9x owners. Halos look amazing and have been working great. Took me about an hour to install, so for people saying it took upwards of 4 hours they must not know how to turn a wrench. Would definitely recommend this product
