Professional Installation Strongly Recommended

Because this upgrade involves your vehicle’s airbag system,  professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended . Always disconnect the battery and wait for the airbag system to discharge before working near any airbag component. Improper installation can lead to airbag failure or unintended deployment.

Basic Installation Overview (For Reference Only)

1. Disconnect the battery  and wait for the airbag system to discharge.

2. Remove the factory airbag module  by releasing the spring clips through the access holes behind the wheel spokes.

3. Disconnect the airbag and controls harness , then remove the steering wheel center bolt.

4. Transfer your original airbag , controls, wiring, and trim to the new TT-ABC wheel.

5. Install the new steering wheel  onto the column, ensuring perfect alignment, and torque the bolt to factory spec.

6. Reconnect the battery  and test all functions.

Airbag & Controls Transfer

• This steering wheel is sold  without an airbag module, airbag cover, or electronic components .

• You will transfer your factory airbag, cover, wiring harness, and controls from your original wheel.
